Development in VPS
- RWC-FC & PTC-FC
- PTC-FC: used by finance
- RWC-FC: on going release to finance excluding AT (on progress).
- Unfinished Provider ID and Contract Owner:
- Accom: Currently still missing contract owner, next request to flow the data to data lake from BP v3 then change the mappings (testing).
- Transport: ATB: development in done. Currently still missing contract owner, next request to flow the data to data lake from BP v2 then change the mappings (testing).
- Flight: Still have missing value for 2019's bookings.
- Accom move the 2019's reports manually to real-result folder
Migration VPS
- Currenty mapping features in VPS:
- RWC: decomm
- Reclass: discontinued
- VN translation: open discussion--> still in discussion with stakeholders as currently used for regulatory report, ongoing assessment for proper solution
- Procurement via RPA: discontinued, can be replaced by JIRA. On discussion with Rizky whether the ownership can be moved to procurement user.
- Hedging & treasury dashboard: use aggregator. ongoing assessment by Nagib
- VPS recon tool: will have internal buy/build discussion. Next will determine price and timeline. POC (1 Sprint) on 17 March - 7 April 2020.
- Tax: ETA week 4 May
- Flight deposit: will have follow up with Leli & Flight team to discuss if ownership is to be moved to product team.
- Daily : Amadeus have API, but currently no resource (UC can talk to BK)
- Monthly : capture balance - currently no other options besides manual check to each website
- RPA - UIPath licensed already expired, need to renew or choose other tool and need to find ideal way
- Allowed changes in VPS: input data change. Additional features might be justified.
- Implementation/maintenance : Nagib can be consulted.

TaxLite
- Ready to be used.
- Flow: user uploads input data to system, then CSV is generated. Input is standardized.
- Already in Production, can generate B2B Tax CSV needed by government: VN ID (VAT).
- Currently working on B2C and B2B Commission Invoice.
- Socialized to CT Engs, feedbacks already gathered
- Some process might impacting another finance BU
BPNG Roadmap
- B2B Invoicing (Rohit):
- Experience: ongoing assessment on the impacts to Axes and BPNG (including suppliers, billing date, etc..)
- Payment Out: ongoing detailing technical requirements and scoping. Next will talk to Gita on the technical assessment because currently its not P0 project in product
- Deposit Management System (DMS)
- Xperience to BPNG:
- Cinema: Testing normal flow, passed to TRS. Next test the Retry mechanism. Ask Nazmy to use SDET.

- For
Management Reporting we have more requests from the stakeholders, This week we will do prioritization & discuss on resource allocation plan. Regarding resource limitation, we have 3 options : reduce velocity, buy more mandays from vendor, CEO office to provide resources from Data team.
- For
Financial Consolidation (i.e. FALCON Phase 2), the development is on track. We'll have sprint review this week with users.
