AWS has announced RDS root certification rotation, and old cert will expired on Mar 5, 2020

16:11 UTC+7, Jakarta time
17:11 UTC+8, Singapore time
14:41 UTC+5:30, Bangalore time

What to do?

Please notify your on-call team to closely monitor your application service that's using AWS RDS or even product-related metrics to see whether your service it's affected by expiration of RDS old certificate.
