Survey for Incident-Handling and Post-Mortem

Hi all,

Backend-Infra team has created a survey to get the current state of our incident-handling and post-mortem process in Traveloka. Both of them (incident-handling and post-mortem) are closely related. Incident-handling is for minimizing the impact of incident, while post-mortem is for preventing similar incidents from happening again.

We want to know whether the current process is good enough, or if there is anything that needs to be improved. But we don't have much context on the current state, so we need you to fill the survey. If you think there is something that needs to be improved (even if you are not sure how), please fill the survey. Your feedback will be important for us all to improve of incident-handling and post-mortem process.
