Email and SMS Activity Migration

Hi All,

TAP will be decommissioned soon, by doing so the messaging activity(email activity viewer and sms activity viewer) will not be accessible. Prior to it, we’re planning to move them to our own tools(usrtools). Currently, those tools are used to help us know the status of emails or sms which are sent through messaging platforms.

When are the new tools ready?

Migration is still in progress and planned to be completed on March 6th, 2020

Why is it necessary?

Better visibility to maintain users who can access the tools.
Preparation for TAP decommission on March 31st, 2020

How can I access the new tools?
