Tagging Cloudwatch Logs Log Group in tvlk-prod (Phase 1)

Background

There are Cloudwatch Logs (CWL) log groups in tvlk-prod AWS account that haven't tagged at all. Site-Infra will be doing a mass update to apply tags on the Cloudwatch Logs log group to follow AWS Resource Tagging Policy. 

There are multiple phases for this change. In Phase 1, we only update log groups that already follow the log group naming convention with prefix /tvlk/app-java/. (

Impact

If your logs are listed on the docs below, you might see the cost increase for additional log group cost attributed to your product domain.
