PROJECT LOKA UPDATE - 24012020

MEP Development (Loka App Simple Version) is DONE, we also have started the intial organic awareness initiatives.

As have shared before so the MEP is done, in the next week we will have the App hitting the BE production environment (If you want to get access for this, feel free to slack me)
Web Landing & POI Page for kickstarting the SEO growth will be enabled to the production by next week (29 / 30 Jan)

MVP Phase 1 - Internal Office RC - we aim to release this App RC hitting the BE Production within the 2nd or 3rd week of March

We decided to deprioritize some features here to minimize the risk & fasten the development time - considering we are releasing a new app.
This will not impact the existing collab that we have here among other stakeholders (users, ugc, platform, or points)
Our plan is to release both Android and iOS but there is a possibility that iOS may take longer (due to resource allocation).

MVP - Open for Public timeline are still under discussion but should be before 1st week of April (intial Loka GTM Strategy)

There are some features that would be required to be developed on top of MVP Phase 1 e.g. Tracking, etc.
Product team are still discussing this roadmap within next week as previously we are trying to focus on the Internal Office RC release first.
For the other features, it will follow the approach of sequences in the release - keep releasing and iterating the product features to achieve our metrics & objective. Web User Discovery Flow are still under discussion & plotting as well.
