TAP is migrating to ASG

Since Ansible Tower is being decommissioned by the end of March 2020 and several tools are still in the process of migrating out from tap , we are migrating this service from Tower based deployments to ASG.

What changes are being made?

There are a few notable changes here:

Our builds will be using a new Jenkins pipeline https://jenkins.noc.tvlk.cloud/job/enterprise-tap-asg/
Deployments will be made to the new ASG and the old EC2 instances will not be updated.
The service name changes from tap to enttap following the service naming conventions.
The traveloka-fetch-scripts folder in the monorepo won’t be deployed to the new ASG cluster anymore. If your tool depends on it, do inform us at #enterprise-channel and tag @tap-reviewers.

When is this happening in `tvlk-dev`?

We plan to test enttap in an ASG based deployment from February 13, 2020 to February 18, 2020.

During this time, we will deploy the latest release branch using ASG.
No new changes will be built/deployed during this period.

When is this happening in `tvlk-prod` ?

Please help us test your tool in the new enttap ASG when it is deployed to tvlk-dev on February 13, 2020.
