Development in VPS
- RWC (Andry)
- PTC-FC: ongoing verifying by finance.
- RWC-FC --> in progress deployment
- Will deploy 13 jan 2020 EOD
- Next: need 1 closing period to compare VPS-RWC and ECI-RWC.
- After 1 closing period after deployment, VPS-RWC can be decommissioned.

Anaplan
- For
Management Reporting by end of January we will release 2 new functionalities: Estimated Profitability & Consolidated Profitability. So by end of January in total we have 5 functionalities : Daily Profitability, FP&A MEC Tools (Monthly Profitability), Investor Report, Estimated Profitability and Consolidated Profitability.
- For
Management Reporting we have some new requests from FP&A, Ferry Unardi/CEO Office. Extra mandays already approved by the Stakeholders.
- For
Financial Consolidation (i.e. FALCON Phase 2) , the design phase will be finalized by end of January. For implementation phase, previously we have 2 implementation partner candidates. Recently the preselected partner (Ed-sen) withdrawn due to internal resource scarcity. Per Head of Controller direction, currently we are renegotiating with PwC as the alternative (we got 55% discount so far after 6th negotiations). In parallel we also explore the possibility for semi in-house implementation.
