Grant Connectivity from APRUA to APRNES, APRHD, ENTCURR, and USRREP

h2. Background
The User Team has an initiative to create a Saved Items page for users to enable them to bookmark items they have interest in. Accommodation will be a part of this Saved Items initiative as they plan to also include an Accommodation section within the Saved Items page. We will integrate the existing Price Watch service with Saved Items, thus we need to have some additional network connectivities.

h2. Purpose

To enable connection to APRHD to get hotel static data.
To enable connection to APRNES to get hotel review summary.
To enable connection to ENTCURR to get currency information.
To enable connection to USRREP to get user tag that will be used as one of hotel pricing spec.

h2. Impact

Allow mobile apps users to rediscover the things that they have searched, viewed and selected
Make Traveloka booking experience in the mobile apps faster as users can bookmark their favourite flights or hotels

h2. Risk

Add more load to APRNES, APRHD, ENTCURR, and USRREP around 480 requests / minute.
Unable to add hotel bookmark due to incorrect configuration.
