How to contact us, by what happen:
- Site wide incident
- System issues (alert)
- If it is not recovered within 10 minutes, mention @user-core-eng on #user-alert channel
- Operational issues
- Mention @user-core-eng
- We should have responded within 20 minutes
If nobody respond, DM primary and secondary on-call
On call schedule
- 4 layer on-call: primary, secondary, 2 backups
- Handover at 9 am rolled everyday
