Resource and Cost Optimization Guide for AWS RDS and Amazon DynamoDB

Hello All,
Site-Infra team is creating two new guides related to AWS resource and cost optimization.

This time we created guide (and Datadog Dashboard) to identify Idle RDS instance and Idle DynamoDB Tables

What do you need to do?

Use Datadog Dashboard (linked on the document) to check if one (or more) of your database listed as idle.
Check your database to confirm whether the database is being used. If not, decommission the database.
