Thread-pool metrics removal from bei-common-libraries

Related to this announcement https://app.slack.com/docs/T02T3CAFM/FPC2K4XHN?origin_team=T02T3CAFM, backend-infra team have published new bei-common-libraries version to remove those metrics. To help us reduce unnecessary metrics, please make sure you use:

for v10: version 10.0.49 or higher
for v11: version 11.0.40 or higher

But please don't use version 12.* because it is only for APM testing.

You can contact us if you still have some use cases for those metrics.
