Trip Booking Platform Release Freeze EoY 2019

As we already know that all team will have 2019 EoY Release Freeze from Dec 4, 2019 (Wednesday) to Jan 7, 2020 (Tuesday)

We would like to announce that next week (Nov 25, 2019 - Nov 29, 2019) will be the last weekly release for trppapi, trpdata and trpiapi service. We will use <service_name>/release/2019-11-26 release branch and trpdata/release/2019-11-27 for trpdata service, which will be created on Monday Nov 25, 2019, for any hotfix / changes afterwards.
