- Enriching CTR dashboard for Merchandising: lead traffic to Flight, Hotel, and Experience.
- Enriching Booking Form and Submitted BE API tracking for Cross Selling purposes.
Plan:

- Pre-analysis for Project Fitri (My Account revamp - add My Rewards feature inside).
- Uninstall behavior analysis. Trigger: How reducing app size impact to app install behavior?
- Initial analysis for 2020 planning. Key theme: boost adoption of products and services (product breadth) and user retention.
- Will introduce new proper tracking for:
- Single tracking for Merchandising Interaction both in App and Web (Desktop and Mobile Web)
- Single tracking for Cross Selling both Pre-Booking and Post Booking.
