Trip Platform Release Freeze Lebaran 2019

Hi as you may know we will have Lebaran Release Freeze on May 15, 2019 to Jun 18, 2019

We from Trip Team will have release freeze Starting on 14 May 2019. The last release branch will be created with these branch pattern `<SERVICE_NAME>/release/2019-05-07` and we will release these following service

TRPPAPI -> Standardize Booking Form, Package, Recommendation API
TRPIAPI -> TripItinerary (Post Booking Platform) Related Feature API
TRPBDT -> Central Data Layer Service for Cross Selling Related

We will release these branches next week so we can make sure this service is stable and able to handle lebaran traffic.
