Arrange a business trip to Jakarta [ Singapore and Remote Workers Only ]
We are really happy to inform you that we will be having a Data Team Town Hall on 4 Dec 2019 as a pre-event of the team outing.
Therefore, you are required to come to Jakarta on 4 Dec 2019 to attend the Town Hall offline in Wisma 77 Tower 2.
In order to do so, please make a business trip arrangement with approval from your lead in order to attend this Town Hall in Jakarta.
This is an important step to do as the committee will only provide flight from Jakarta to Belitung and Belitung to Jakarta, so this is crucial to ensure you can attend both the outing and the Town Hall.
Note:
You have to arrange your return flight to Singapore/your city carefully.
For example, if you returning from Belitung to Jakarta in the morning, book a ticket to Singapore/your city with departure time in the afternoon.
Please also consider possibility of fight delay and baggage claim when booking your return ticket.
Since there was an issue with one of the airlines which we have contacted for booking, the committee is currently working on finding a replacement for the flights. The confirmation for the final flight return schedule will be shared with you by Thu, 14th Nov 2019. We truly apologize for the inconvenience.
