AWS Documentation and Labs

AWS Labs

Hi folks, Backend Infra and Site Infra team would like to announce our very first AWS lab: Multi-Account Onboarding and Introduction to Terraform lab. By creating this lab, we expect it can help you with your onboarding process to multi-account environment and managing your own infrastructure. We plan to release more AWS lab in Q4 which will be more focus on AWS.

AWS Documentation

Other than AWS Lab, we also have AWS Documentation space in Confluence. You can find information related to AWS there. It contains basic information, use cases, tips, limitations and gotchas, learning references, etc.

Contribution

Why?

We have many documentation pages there but some of them are outdated or empty. AWS is rapidly updating and releasing its features. Depending on the Central team to manage the documentation and catch-up with the updates won't scale anymore. We believe that some teams also do their own research and exploration with AWS given their autonomy in multi-account environment. Therefore, we need your contribution to our AWS Documentation. Your contribution means a lot for us building great culture to always share and learn the knowledge to/from each other.

How?

Do you want to contribute? You can follow our guidelines for contributing. We welcome any kind of contributions, even a small contribution such as correction, comment or feedback. Let's together make our AWS Documentation space great again can be useful for yourself and the others.
