Backend Bootcamp

Hi All,

I've created the first iteration of Backend Bootcamp.

Currently, this covers basic foundation concepts and frameworks which follow the latest backend standards and conventions.

Hopefully this can help quickly jump-start new backend engineers. If your team just recently got new joiners, it might be a good idea to have them as the pilots of the bootcamp. Or if you are the new joiner, you are more than welcome to try it.
