Github as primary mono repo activation steps.

Dear all mono repo users. To conclude our discussion on switching mono repo primary repository to Github, we will do the switch with the following schedule:

Date: Tuesday, 9 April 2019
Time: 08:00 GMT+7 (For non-ID please adjust accordingly to your timezone)
Duration: 60 minutes (maybe less)
Impact:

No development push during the hour

Do note that it is imperative for Engineer Leads to spread this info to your fellow department to give expectation on development disruption during the hour.

For reference, this will be the migration steps.

Stop phabricator activity (PIC: All mono repo users)
Stop mirroring to github (PIC: @echon)
Edit phabricator mono repo URI to observe to github (PIC: @echon)
Test do commits in github mono repo (PIC: @echon)
Test arc diff and Herald event hooks (PIC: @echon)
Confirmed success switching and inform in #backend
Update remote origin in each engineer machine to github (PIC: All mono repo users)

git remote set-url origin git@github.com:traveloka/backend-monorepo.git
