1. Will datorama's einstein give recommendation/insight on SEM spending, especially related with audience built using audience studio? 
Datorama Einstein will create insights based on your custom KPIs in order to improve your marketing performance. For instance, Datorama can tell you which audience is positively or negatively impacting your rate spend metrics on SEM.

2. What are the preset automatic audience creation criteria available (i.e. based on value, churn possibility, etc)? Can it build audience based on cross selling potential? 
Audiences can be built in Audience Studio based on the flexible taxonomy that we custom build as part of the implementation. Once this has been set up, audiences can be built based on any combination of rules and data. 
Yes, cross selling is a great use case in this instance. 
 
3. Is there any campaign management for paid media so that we only use 1 dashboard to manage multiple partners (e.g. Facebook, Google)
Salesforce is a data platform for paid media rather than a buying platform (ad exchange or DSP) - that said, through our sub-solution, Advertising Studio in Journey Builder, it does allow you to buy and bid on Facebook campaigns that are tied with customer journeys. 
Further, through our reporting dashboard, Datorama, pre-built actions allow you to pause not only campaigns but also ads and ad groups. Through our Datorama integration with FB and Google, you will have the added ability to turn on and off campaigns from the Datorama platform, but more granular optimization will need to be done in the FB and Google native platforms.
 
4. Can we create dynamic content using product data (e.g. showing dynamic price based on file that we upload in the system)
Through the Sitecore/Salesforce integration you have access to Sitecore’s Experience Commerce capability that includes Catalog Management and Price Management capabilities. Product information (e.g. Description, product images, variants) can be displayed with dynamic pricing (based on user group, entitlements, seasonality, etc.). 5. Is sitecore has a modules for image template maker? (using an exising template and component, then user can drag-drop those component to construct new image asset) 
Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) includes the Snippet rendering that allows designers to create a composite component that consists of multiple renderings. These snippets can be saved as templates and reused by dragging and dropping from the toolbox onto the page layout. Each snippet can then be customized with localized data. 6. Is there any Salesforce partner that can be used for programmatic ads solution?
When it comes to working with DSP partners, Salesforce is agnostic. The Salesforce DMP can push audience segments to all major DSP’s to targeting known audiences through programmatic. If you are able to provide a list of DSPs you are working with, we can confirm our integration with them individually if you prefer. 
 
7. Do you have campaign manager for email/push notification apart from journey builder?
From a campaign management perspective, our solution does provide you the ability to create journeys, leverage your data for targeting and delivering personalized 1 to 1 messages and track and measure performance in order to determine the next best action. In addition, we do have the capability to configure how you want to design this to make sure that you send right messages within specific time periods. Lastly, we have a tool called “Einstein (Salesforce AI) Engagement Frequency” on Email at this time that gives marketers what would be the ultimate # of email communication with specific time period.

8. Is there any predicted reach and conversion based on campaign set-up for email and push notification?
Through our reporting dashboard, Datorama, we have the ability to use your proprietary historical campaign performance to forecast performance based on various inputs. While this isn’t the core competency or main value driver of Datorama, the fact that all our campaign data will sit in Datorama, lends itself to this capability. 
 
 
9. Can we implement campaign prioritization rule for email and push notification for overlapping audience?
Yes, we can support this. The platform provides flexibility that users can define the campaign (journey) priority.
 
10. How about InApp and MyInbox integration capabilities?
We do support Inapp and inbox messages.
