As per our discussion, instead of removing the team bonding budget entirely, as it is a benefit that employees currently utilize a lot and value, the benefit will be kept with a few changes to the policy:
Please find below the major changes:
-We have updated the limit from USD to local currency (using conservative exchange rates)
-It will be reimbursable for purchases on TVLK only (Eats, Attraction & Activities, Movies and Beauty & Spa) - this is for Indonesia only as other countries don't have Eats yet (or is quite limited).
-This will be effective April 1 so that the managers have transition period and can use up the budget for Q1
-Budget can only be accumulated per quarter instead of for the entire year (idea is to encourage them for more frequent activities instead of saving it up for one time which will then have similar effect as the outing; administratively it will be a lot easier for you to keep track)
Please note Finance team (Andri and Indriasari) have been updated on the policy as well.
Please kindly let the managers in your team know accordingly as claims that do not meet the criteria will be rejected.
