We introduce Engineering only and Business Stakeholders only services with its own escalation policy (using the same schedule defined for the main escalation policy. See details on this documentation.


What is this about?

As part of improving Incident Management and Tech Reliability, we are standardizing PagerDuty Services, Escalation Policies, and Schedules mechanisms in Traveloka. The new standard will improve visibility, maintainability, and in the end accountability of incidents. The PagerDuty Services structure is based on Traveloka’s Systems.

Who is this announcement for?

All System Owners that utilize PagerDuty.
