We recently observed a scalability issue with this library, which causing severe incident in accom couple of days back. The issue is due to improper thread synchronization which potentially causing consistent high number of blocked threads due to recent fluctuation on dependent lambda api latency.

Quick search on the codebase, these teams are at risk and need to bump up "com.traveloka.common:ipinfo:10.0.0" to "com.traveloka.common:ipinfo:11.0.10"asap to mitigate the risk.
