Trip Planning from now on

As we all have experienced, building itineraries for customers is a proper pain in the ass. It is very time-consuming for us, and customers' preferences might not be revealed until after the customer sees the itinerary, forcing us to re-do a lot of work.

I therefore suggest we do one or both of these interventions.

PREFERENCES FORM:
To get a better sense of customer preferences for their trip before we spend time building an itinerary, we pick up again on the idea of starting with a form. I suggest we use typeform or google forms. The idea here is for the customer to offload their needs and preferences properly, and for us to get a sense of their wants and budget.

Because we know that people rarely want just want one experience from a trip I suggest we use weighting/scales:

See https://www.inspirock.com for an example of a form.

USING AUTOMATIC TRIP PLANNERS:
To not waste too much time building itineraries, we can use automatic trip planners.

I tried INSPIROCK for Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Banywangi-trip, and it is surprisingly good.

Another one we can use is TRAVEFY, which is a professional tool for travel agents, trip planners, and a free version for travellers.

Billy/Eded: I suggest we test it on Ed's trip to Europe. Ed: pretend you didn't see this.
