Onboarding progress update
- Created a standardised on-boarding kits. We are currently working on the onboarding kits. Me, tika, joop, and astri have compiled all data exists across BU and formulate a general material. I’m currently iterating the materials based on Lutfi, reza, kiel and irul feedback. There are some different nature of works and flow between transport and accommodation so I will accommodate that.

- We have coordinated with acha (pops) regarding any new joiners that will be joining us so ops will prepare the welcome notes and do some admin stuff.
Next things to do
- Finalize the content (terutama task list yang belum ada)
- Will need to coordinate with Arga for the admin stuff (such as add new-joiners account and leave system etc). Next thing

Alternative accommodation
HCD 101
- The first training will be conduct at 28th-29th March.
- For participants there are total of 12 Design new joiners from Jan until March this year (9 FTE, 1 intern & 2 contract employees). If we include Design new joiners from Q4 2018, then we have additional 15 people (14 FTE & 1 contract). Pops will invite them all.
- Next thing - prioritisation on training material problem scoping first, then work more on the deck based on feedback?
- Assigning PIC to each section and really understand what needs to be done for mar 28-29.
- Start looking at participant grouping.
Insight gathering transport design
- Finished in depth interview with all designers in transport team to get to know their personality, capture their aspirations, and pain points. The interview had sparks abundance of insights and ideas. Hopefully the synthesize and recommendation can be done in 2 weeks to prioritize the idea.
