Nearest milestone : Production Release for all Services and Tools

Unblocking Product Corp Tech Development

Task handler development is completed and we're currently doing testing with Corp Tech, this development will unblock Santa Sales Report Dec
Physical data model and scheduler development is still ongoing development and expected to be completed by Next Week, this will unblock Santa Non Sales Report Development

Product User Flow (iOS and Android)

All App user flow is ready to go public in App 3.6 when the production infra is ready
Android app version release for santa is likely to be open from 3.7 due to functional flow bugs in 3.6

Product & Operation Toolings (https://gvood.test.tvlk.cloud/)

Bugs fixed for booking center and booking details is still on hold due to development priorities for Finance Report Development

Corp Tech and finance

Nearest milestone : Finance Report Development

Currently testing task handler. Assigned payment report is also ongoing development from CT Payment
Waiting for the report developement timeline for Hotel, L&D, Transport after the Q1 projects from each product is final

TDM AND REFUND

Nearest milestone : Refund Calculation Adjustment

TDM and Fligh refund calculation adjustment is aim to be done by Early January (Week 1)
RTC report will also be adjusted, timeline already in the Launch blocker sheets.
Waiting for Hotel refund calculation adjustment timeline from Jogie and Deo by 18th Dec

Nearest milestone : Tools and SOP Training to Ops Team

Due to booking center and booking details bugs this weeks, SOP and Tools training for Ops will be delayed to Early January
Copies for Message Center and Help Center articles is still ongoing from CX and currently in editorial. aimed to be completed by end of Dec
