Apparently oracle is treated treated as sensitive application by site infra, other application should not be able to establish direct connection with oracle
@khresna has shared the requirements to Marc, Nazmy, and Hadi
Yussi and Nazmy already discuss Fintools with Ben and Marc. In short, we will use Oracle if feature exist in Oracle, and in the mean time we will go with Fintool since our maintenance cost is low and there are no urgency yet to move out from Fintool but the assesment for new feature need to consider the Oracle too.

Next Action Point:

Marc will identify current feature that exist in Oracle and what feature that we can use where @khresna already list down current feature in fintools 173 feature -> will be rebranded
There's additional requirements for fintools from loyalty points @anastasia @winnie
