Since we've announced general availability of Multi-Account platform last week, we have updated the process and guidelines for requesting a new Product Domain and created new guidelines for requesting AWS account for your Product Domain.
As a result, all requests for Product Domains or AWS accounts that were still un-resolved after the Multi-Account announcement have been closed with a note to re-submit the request in accordance with new guidelines.
We appologize for the inconvenience this have caused. Unfortunatelly, the original guidelines did not have a proper approval and review process and did not request all information necessary for AWS account creation.
Do not fear, Product Domain & AWS account requests will not go into the standard request queue, they will be regularly reviewed and handled by a dedicated team member.
