I'll give you walkthrough on this during 1-1 meeting on Friday. I will set up the schedule later.
Basically, in OSVR project, we will track all of our tasks. We divide the tasks into two parts:
In OKR tasks, we use Epic as issue type for main objective and Story for what we need to do to achieve the goals (key results). For each Story we can also create sub-tasks or link some issues to it.
For example, this is our Objective 1 in 2019-Q2:
OSVR-1: [2019-Q2] Objective 1: Improve the management of security issues & vulnerability lifecycle
We have 4 Key Results or Main Tasks for this Objective. For example:
OSVR-5: [2019-Q2] KR1.1 Set up a Security Issue Tracker project in JIRA
We have 2 subtasks for KR1.1:
I've assigned each of you to certain OKR Task. Feel free to create sub-tasks for your task (click ... --> Create sub-tasks). We will discuss about it next Friday.
