Post Release Freeze Release

As you may know that we had been extend the release freeze due to mongofb issues that impacting site wide stability. Since it already mitigated we decided to create the release branch (release/2018-01-16) by Thursday, 11 January 2018 at 10:00. The BC and Full test process will be similiar during the release process.

Before we can start the BC test We'll need you to:

Create Asana release for your services under 2018 Release section (link).
Double check your hotfixes commit in develop branch.

BC test and Full test planned to run for 2 working days each to accomodate the major changes of backend services. We expect to have full release by next Tuesday (16 January 2018).
