Atlassian Migration Updates and Progress

Dear Fellas,

Another updates of new Atlassian project. Here’s the snippet of what our partner & Atlassian have been doing related to this project:

Set up of the new infrastructure in AWS has been completed
Run backup and restore procedure from the existing Atlassian Cloud to our brand new Atlassian server
This new Atlassian will be fully maintained by our selected partners with a better SLA and better scalability compared to the existing cloud version.

Furthermore, our project team are planning to complete several activities within this week;

Provide testing environment where people can try & assess all features
We will decompose this testing into multiple phases, starting from our internal team by this week for early assessment for general plugins and feature, and then gradually deploy it to several team to run a more comprehensive testing based on usual use case.

We will keep everyone posted for any significant update. Hopefully we can complete this project timely by August 2018.
