MoM and Action Plan for Popular Picks during Accom-World Cup Period
Background:
- As PP is being used as promotional tools for many new products, it requires a prioritization of category to better maximize the impact.
- As PP is used also for World Cup event promotional tools where participating hotels need to be put in the Popular Picks.
Goal:
- To re-prioritize the category of hotels that can be in the Popular Picks during Accom-World Cup event period
Results:
- Re-prioritize the category into only World Cup participating hotels that can be in the PP during the event period.
Action Plans:
- Product Incubation:
- Generate a list of hotels who join World Cup and share it with SMM, link find in here –> 05/14/2018 (DONE)
- Market Management:
- SMM to check the list and distribute the tracker Jo has made to MC leads as PP admin –> 05/15/2018
- MC Leads to clean up the list (take out the non-World Cup hotels from PP) –> 05/15/2018 - 05/16/2018
- Monitoring by MC Leads using the new tracker –> 05/15/2018 - End of Q2.
