FB Dynamic Jar to Embedded Fetcher Migration

Starting from this week's release (2018-03-06), we're going to do fetcher migration from dynamic jar (/var/traveloka/fetcher/*/*.jar) to embedded (inside fb). Anyone who is willing to hotfix any of fb fetcher should:

cherry-pick the commit to branches:

fb/release/*
flight/fetcher/F/release/*

release

fb application
F fetcher

Note:
F = airline, captcha, or insurance

Timeline

12/03 - switch both captcha & insurance fetcher to embedded
13/03 - switch some small airlines to embedded
14/03 - switch some medium airlines to embedded
15/03 - switch some large airlines to embedded, then finally ALL airlines
16/03 - monitoring
