Hi folks, Google is terminating Google+ APIs on March 7, 2019. There will be a progressive shutdown begining from late January, with calls to these APIs starting to intermittently fail as early as January 28, 2019.
If any of your tools or products are using Google+ API for authentication or other purposes, please be aware of this and plan for loss of related functionality.
On our side (Site-Infra), we have 3 applications/services using Google+ Sign-in API for authentication: Ansible Tower, Phabricator and Jenkins. We are currently investigating migration options for these critical applications/services, since impact would be loss of user access to Tower UI, Phabricator UI and Jenkins UI. We give this our highest priority and might require your assistance patience and understanding in addressing this issue and problems resulting from it.
Note: deploy-app is also affected, but being a deprecated service is not considered critical and will not result in any actions from our side.
