FOPS New Instance Migration

To make sure our upcoming peak seasson is save. Flight product backend engineer will add more machine to FOPS from 2 to 4 and upgrade its machine type from c3.2xlarge to c4.2xlarge

Steps to migrate FOPS instance :

Update template for new instance - DONE
Create Jira ticket for install service to fops new machine - DONE
Install service to new fops machine (traffic will be automatic because of elb) - DONE
Redirect off traffic from old fops-instance (using tower set unhealthy service fpr) – DONE
Monitoring - Ongoing
Create ticket to decomission old fops-app cluster

Rollback plan :
If new cluster is not working properly like old cluster, the traffic will be redirected back to old fops-cluster.

Push all service to old fops-app
Redirect off traffict from all new fops-instance
