ASG Deployment v2.0.0 General Requirements

UPDATE 1: Build Manager
For this tvlk-prod ASG project, we'll use a new AWS account (tvlk-build) to bake Application Images, and later to build java sources.
To be able to use this account, there are some prerequisites, as stated in BEI AMI Baking Guideline. Please:
- Read How to assume an AWS IAM Role using SAML User
- Make sure that your Google Account is allowed to use SSO to AWS
- Install
aws-google-auth
- Backend-infra needs to provide you some AWS resources before you can create pipelines in the new build account. Additionally, please assign some persons to be the build managers of your product domains. These people will be able to create pipelines for your PD. Pipelines will be triggered automatically on application artifact uploads, you shouldn't trigger it manually. So, please tell us (via a JIRA task to BEI Inbox) when you're ready to migrate your services to the new ASG deployment flow.
