Update - Migration from Atlassian Cloud (SaaS) to Data Center version
Dear Fellas,
While we are striving to complete the Atlassian migration as soon as possible, we received several repetitive tickets from some departments reporting that some new joiners must have access/account to Atlassian services (JIRA & Confluence).
We need to highlight this issue again and why it happened:
- Our current Atlassian cloud have limitation up to 2,000 accounts where Traveloka users already exceeded that numbers due to continuous hiring. We need to emphasize there is no way to add more license at the moment and this issue will be resolved by our new Atlassian platform
- What if your team (you) require access for their new joiners? Do coordination with your team leader and ask them to open a new ticket to IT Help Desk. We will help providing temporary workaround by distributing few shared-account with limited access (access authorization will depend on conversation with each team leader)
- Team Leader will be responsible for the operations of this shared-account. We encourage you to reach out and raise a request ticket to Traveloka IT Helpdesk.
