Hello Sentry Users,
To give you guys some context, currently our Sentry plan only offers up-to 30 millions events per month. In this year alone, we had excedded this treshold a couple of times. We actually just got an email from Sentry team mentioning that our current usage had exceded 60 millions events.
To mitigate this until we renegotiate the next contract, we are planning to set the account limit to 40,000 events per hour (~ 29,000,000 events per month)
Becase this is account limit, this applies to all projects in all teams. To ensure quota fairness among teams, please make sure that you have appropirately set client-key rate limit on your own projects. Howto: https://docs.sentry.io/accounts/quotas/#id1
