CDC Branch 3 members are prioritizing their attention and effort in Q1Q2 2019 to approach issues in the Career Path Experience problem area. They will also focus on the related problem areas i.e. Role Clarity and Coaching Scheme (handled by Azis).
We need your help to pick top three HMWs out of the 37 based on the importance and urgency for you and your team. Please return the working sheet to Arga's desk before 17th January 2019.
We'll use the Design Challenge as a scheme for designers to create impact outside of their current assignment. We'll share a more detailed scheme with you as soon as possible.
We'll invite design leads for two days workshop to come up with practical solution regarding problems in Performance Evaluation. Expected date: somewhere around 28-31 January 2019. -> will collaborate with DesignOps to run the workshop.
