- pushing product teams to implement standardized Booking Details page
- after flight & accom team successfully migrated Booking Details page from TAP, we will delete

- backend API tracking library is currently developed in e-bill tools, going to push all product teams in Q4

- finalizing Booking Center functional requirement (by CX design team)
omnisearch
- will link up with Kevin & Rendy because all three of us have similar use cases
- new omnisearch delivery might be delayed, because extra things such as data model standardization maybe required
help center + bot
- help center frontend development is on top of the queue. this project will be delivered in early Q4
- current bot progress is POC with Kata.ai, which will be continued with InMotion. Current timeline is to select vendor by the end of October.
- faq bot shall link up with help center, expected first phase is addressing 10 categories, in late Q4 to early Q1 (depending whether we can make it before release freeze)
- also exploring A/B testing for bot
