Hotel Easy Reschedule is one of the latest features from Traveloka that gives you even more flexibility in planning for your travel. Now you can change your stay dates or duration easily via your Traveloka App (version 3.1 above) and Desktop

Which hotels or room types are eligible for Easy Reschedule?
You can reschedule any refundable hotel bookings worldwide through Easy Reschedule. However, this doesn’t include any purchase of Flight + Hotel package. Keep in mind that Easy Reschedule doesn’t support Pay at Hotel rooms.

Concept behind the feature
The concept is "REBOOK + CANCEL". For eligible booking, we're gpoing to create new booking, and if it's already issued we're going to cancel the old booking.

Terms & Condition

Hotel Easy Rescheduleis applicable only for bookings made through Traveloka Website or Traveloka App v.3.0 and above.
Hotel Easy Reschedule is applicable for all refundable hotel bookings worldwide.
Hotel Easy Reschedule is not available for Pay at Hotel payment method.
Hotel Easy Reschedule is subject to Traveloka Reschedule Fee (up to IDR 15,000 / up to SGD 2 / up to MYR 5 / up to THB 50 / up to VND 25,000 / up to PHP 60). An additional hotel reschedule fee may also apply. (Hotel reschedule fee is subject to change. The closer online reschedule is to the check-in date, the higher the fee.)
The balance from your original booking will be used to cover your new booking's price. You will only pay the remaining payment amount
If new booking's price is cheaper than your original booking, the remaining balance (after reschedule fee) will be returned to you based on the payment method you used to make the booking
Insurance from your original booking will no longer be valid once you make a new booking. You must purchase a new one for your new booking.

We have released this feature publicly in ID Locale (en_ID & id_ID) since app version 3.0 starting 25 April 2018
We're planning to launch this feature in international locale publicly on Tuesday, 25 May 2018. For international locale, we actually have released it in IP office and done full test with help from International PMs.
