Hi all, thank you for your participation to use JIRA for tracking our hotfixes (Board URL). To make it better we need your help to note:

Ensure that you have [Hotfix] in the task/incident summary.
Ensure that you create a new issue with Issue Type = Incidents if your task happened to be created with another issue type there is an option to change the issue type by using move.
If you are already using your own board to track the hotfixes there is no need to add Component = HotfixLebaran2018 on your issue.
Please also create JIRA task for any configuration update, service restart since we also need to track the changes during this freeze period
