Rebuild hotel-mongod in VPC

As part of EC2 classic to VPC migration, site infra team will rebuild hotel-mongod cluster in VPC.
New cluster already built and prepared. We will execute final step of the migration by donating data volume from existing hotel-mongod instances (ec2-classic) instances to new hotel-mongod instances, in VPC.
Migration will start from secondaries first.
After all secondaries migrated, we will step down hotel-mongod primary and attach data volume to new instance.
