Clarification on Evangelist Initiatives

As explained in the meeting today, I want to clarify that the list of initiatives in this document is made to give evangelist a starting point. It is not binding.

If you think that there's a better way to spread best practices, feel free to do so! Examples:

Insist on being paired with junior engineers in pair programming for specific projects.
Fixing product specific debts first before doing the initiative proposed in the docs, because they are more important.
Setting up workshops and training for fellow engineers.
etc.

You have complete freedom in determining how best to achieve your goals as evangelist. Be creative. Infra team is here to help you if you need us.
