B. OBJECTIVES
- For individual contributors:
- Input projects that you have been assigned to.
- Input other non-project contributions, for example:
- Buddy or mentor for more junior member or new joiner
- Talent acquisition initiatives (e.g., interviews, participation in career fairs, etc.)
- Participation in code or design review sessions
- On-call involvement, especially during hectic period (peak season, long holidays, incidents)
- Participation (either as contributor or PIC) in various incident handling
- Participation in technical and non-technical training
- Citizenship or cultural participation (e.g., coordinating company or team events, enlisting as fire wardens, etc.) that benefit other people in the team or the company
- For technical/project/feature leads:
- Input all your individual contributions as above (if any).
- Input technical or feature projects that you have led.
- For team leads/people managers:
- Input all your individual contributions as above (if any).
- Input technical or feature projects that you have led (if any).
- Input your contributions in growing or retaining people in your team.
- Fill out the details and your personal assessment of all your contributions above.

C. PEER AND STAKEHOLDER
- Peer — input the list of people who worked with you in various objectives you've inputted earlier. They could be other engineers, QA, BA, data analysts, product managers, designers, etc. Your peer could also be from other teams if you had cross-team collaboration.
- Stakeholder — input the list of people who benefited from you accomplishing your objectives. They could be your lead, other engineers, product managers, Hotel Ops, Content Ops, Product Ops, etc.
