AWS account for tvlk-dev view only is enough. You need to monitor through Amazon cloudwatch.

Land your code and it will triggered jenkins automatically to build the apps, please get your hashID/ commitID from git log it will be keyword when we search build history on jenkins.
Search your build project in jenkins, take service_version from the console log.

If you want to access the staging server, make sure you know where your application will be deployed, is that inside tv, or any other node.
If you need to akses cloudwatch to see the log, just login to your aws account and go to cloudwatch then filter the services.
