If a user is in NPL, and if he has loans that are not NPL but are overdue, then those loans will not show up in the collection detail page, and the overdue amount of those loans will not be added to the collection list. I'm working on a fix.
there are 21 users affected, the current workaround is for these users, the agent can check cust. context page to see what other overdue loans there are. the affected loans'll be in status ACTIVE_IN_ARREARS
or ACTIVE_IN_ARREARS_COLLECTION_STAGE
