FRS New Instance Migration

To make sure our upcoming peak seasson is save. Flight product backend engineer will upgrade FRS machine type from m4.2xlarge to r4.2xlarge.

Steps to upgrade FRS instance :

Install service to new frs-app cluster - Done
Create ansible tower release template for new instance - Done
Create script to to enable traffic redirection - Done
Redirect traffic to new frs-app cluster - Done
Monitoring - In progress
Update ansible tower release template, change default template to new instance and mark old template as deprecated. - Done
Create ticket to decomission old frs-app cluster - TBD

Rollback plan :
If new cluster is not working properly like old cluster, the traffic will be redirected back to old frs-cluster.
