[Hotel] Request Release - Tracking: Add tracking to changes in various hotel data.

h2. Summary of change:
In order to have a more centralized information for all the products, the
data team is requesting for a feed whenever there are changes in hotel
data, including attribute, hotel room asset, hotel seo path, hotel locale info and hotel contact.
