Jira IDSD Officially Released!

Dear Data peeps,

DPPOS team have officially released Jira Internal Data Support Service Desk (IDSD) for general availability. Jira IDSD will be replacing our previous support portals: Jira Data Support (DS) and Jira Data Tech-Ops (DTO). The service desk serves a purpose as our one-stop portal for internal support and incident tracking within Data Team.

Starting Tuesday 23/10/2018, I will lock down ticket submission on Jira DS and Jira DTO. Please raise any request ticket and incident report to Jira IDSD.
